This will be required for stabilization of sys-kernel/dracut.
I plan to ask it stabilized in 30 days, version 006.
This is required because mkinitrd is obsolete and dracut is the replacement.

So if you agree that btrfs-progs can go stable, please CC amd64 and x86.
