Django testsuite should be started with --settings=test_sqlite (the upstream's tests/test_sqlite.py) to pass regressiontests/multiple_database tests.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Run the testsuite with settings.py generated by the ebuild and regressiontests/multiple_database tests will fail.

Fixed in 1.2.1 and 9999.
