It's not necessary for kdevelop-php and kdevelop-php-docs go together with kdevelop, but while we're at it... please proceed.

if they're known to fail, please restrict them

I just did so.
Some of them are known to fail (some mmap Qt issue), some need special env setup to run (X, dbus), some will eat huge amount of memory and run for half an hour.

I forgot kdevelop has its own duchain tests that fail.
