preventing its usage.

Patch, adding "shift;;" statement

Adds in a "shift;;" statement, similar to the other branches of the case.

Nice catch Chad. I've fixed pic2graph in the same manner that the
upstream developers have with groff-1.19:

	groffpic_opts="-U";;
