latest revisions of xbmc support vaapi.
an useflag to enable vaapi and to pull in necessary libs for xbmc would be useful, since x11-libs/libva is available in the official portage tree.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -av xbmc

Actual Results:  
no vaapi useflag available

Expected Results:  
vaapi useflag should be available
