That's better but quite there yet (it will always disable MD2 support since HAVE_OPENSSL_MD2_H is not set anywhere). I've fixed it upstream, however it may not be worth backporting patches (it's just one .cpp file) and maybe it's better is to use trunk version instead or just wait for next qca-ossl release.
