Uh... There's no point in trying to compile so old digikam against KDE 4.4.0.

Please try digikam-1.1.0, we can push it to stable if it works for you.

So it was concluded that 1.1.0 compiles fine, and current stable is pretty ancient.

Arch, please test and mark stable 1.1.0 (it's early, I know)

This will need media-libs/libpgf stable too.

AMD64 arch tester report: 

* in tree 9 days, so technically 21 more to go

* compiles & installs fine (with kde-4.4.0)

* only open bug: bug 206934, but this also applies to all earlier versions (contains internal copy of clapack)

* functionality: first time run wizard appears without problems, main window comes up. no obvious problems visible

* no detail tests made or pictures imported so far.

This will also fix bug 305353 (error: 'getpid' was not declared in this scope) which isn't related to KDE 4.4.0, but something else ...
