@python: what is the common approach to resolve this issue? I think you can do USE_PYTHON="2.4" emerge imaging. The next version of Plone will support Python 2.6. (In reply to comment #3) Also it's generally recommended to set USE_PYTHON variable in /etc/make.conf, so that all packages are built for the same versions of Python. Please remember to run python-updater after setting/changing USE_PYTHON variable. Has there been any move to make an ebuild using the Plone Unified Installer. This seems to be the recommended way to install plone. net-zope packages have been removed from the tree. |
