Description Sébastien Fabbro (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-01-12 20:51:57 UTC
Hi

Please do. It may fail tests for MATLAB formats and perl bindings, but 99% work. We need this for octave.

Thanks,

ppc64 failure
Comment 2 Tom Gall (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-01-24 18:35:43 UTC
I see the same as Ranger ..

can someone comment if these errors are "acceptable"? or major or???

Comment 3 Sébastien Fabbro (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-01-25 06:22:55 UTC
I experiment the same failures. The test-suite.log should show 4 failures with MAT files and 1 with the PerlMagick. The MAT failures I could not track down, and also could not reproduce them when doing by hand. It must be some environment set by the package manager.

For keywording however, I think you can go ahead and mark it if it passes all other 99% tests. So nothing major.

Marked ~ppc, closing since we're the last arch.
