Cannot stabilize on x86 due to various ~x86 deps:
 * =x11-libs/qwtplot3d-0.2.7-r1 (bug 299365)
 * =x11-libs/gl2ps-1.3.5 (bug 299365)
 * =sci-libs/scipy-0.7.1 (no stab. bug for x86, bug 270478 could be expanded)
 * =dev-python/pygsl-0.9.4 (no stab. bug)

 Don't mind those "minor" dependencies, we will do them.

Tested =sci-libs/scipy-0.7.1 on x86 chroot:
 * required ~x86 deps: none
 * flag combinations: -*, *
 * test suite: explicitly disabled
