fixing as-needed issues
ebuild test phase fails for me. I get:
500 Can't connect to localhost:9080 (connect: Connection refused) and similar errors
They do not look as-needed related. I would be grateful if someone using ccpserv could confirm that patch fixes all the issues.

Truth be said, whole test suit needs rework to become useful. |
