Hi... this is an update of the xmame-0.59.1 ebuild, which I included joystick
support by adding a new USE variable "joy", and fixed a bug that symlinks
/usr/bin/xmame to xmame.SDL even though sdl is off in the USE settings.

This ebuild might be extended for use in xmame-0.60.1, but I cannot try it, as
this version is not in the portage mirror yet, and my network needs proxy
authorization before I can access http sites.

The portage mirror is updated from the SRC_URI's within the ebuilds
automatically.  That is why it isn't in any portage mirror yet.
