openal-config was in older openal ebuilds and it's not anymore but fakenes still tries to use it.
Build isn't failing but it's still a QA issue.

I will not provide an entire build log because it's not really useful. You just have to check at the end of the compilation phase, you got:

Linking fakenes...
sh: openal-config: command not found
>>> Source compiled.
>>> Test phase [not enabled]: games-emulation/fakenes-0.5.8

By the way, it needs USE="openal" to be reproduce.
