i would like it to be possible to emerge vmware workstation with  the tools included on my 32 and 64 bit machines

This bug appears to be a duplicate of Bug#291241 and perhaps should be closed as such.

The vmware overlay also does not have VMWare Workstation 7. Are there any technical reasons for not being able to provide an ebuild? If so, they should probably be noted in Bugzilla.
