The Manifest file doesn't match the other files in the portage tree, causing emerge to fail.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge --sync
2. emerge -1 media-libs/libpano13


Actual Results:  
Calculating dependencies... done!

>>> Verifying ebuild manifests

!!! A file listed in the Manifest could not be found: /usr/portage/media-libs/libpano13/libpano13-2.9.12.ebuild

Expected Results:  
Portage should build the package.

The changes of the last update:
  25 Oct 2009; Markus Meier <maekke@gentoo.org> -libpano13-2.9.12.ebuild:
  old
are not reflected in the Manifest. The entry for the ChangeLog doesn't match the current version either. It seems maekke didn't commit his latest Manifest to CVS.

Please commit a updated Manifest to the tree.
