Hello!

Now anthy 4507 depend on "canna-cannadic", but anthy 4507 shoud depend on
">=app-dicts/canna-cannadic-0.95-r1".
Because gcanna.ctd is not installed in 0.95 or less version of canna-cannadic.
anthy is premised on cannadic which suffix *.ctd.
