Actually, we need 1.9.5.3-r2 stable on ppc{,64} first.

Arches, please stabilize app-misc/g15daemon-1.9.5.3-r3.

target keywords: amd64 ppc ppc64 x86

changes since -r2:
- fixed install of perl bindings.
- fixed linux_config checks.

I do have the hardware, and it works for me on amd64.
