TagList.vim is now at version 2.8. The latest version in portage is 2.6.

I'm attaching an ebuild and a source .tar.bz2 for version 2.8. I'm also
attaching the patch required to fix the name of the ctags binary to
exuberant-ctags (as in 2.6).

I've tested on x86 and sparc.
