New release is available. Builds and merges without a hitch with a renamed ebuild.
freecol-0.8.3.ebuild => freecol-0.8.4.ebuild

Expected Results:  
The newest available version of the game gets merged.

The patch file for the previous release needs be renamed (copied) as well, unless we want to make the ebuild more generic, which would be a bit of an overkill for this simple update :)
