Description Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2009-07-27 19:54:50 UTC
Its dep says:
                irmc? ( >=net-wireless/irda-utils-0.9.15
                                >=dev-libs/openobex-1
                                bluetooth? (    >=net-wireless/bluez-libs-2.7
                                                                >=net-wireless/bluez-utils-2.7 ) )
                pda? ( >=net-misc/curl-7.10.5

If it works with bluez-4, it should be changed to:
|| ( net-wireless/bluez net-wireless/bluez-libs )

but, as can be seen in upstream webpage (http://multisync.sourceforge.net/news.php):
23.04.06 Multisync successor - by Armin Bauer
  	We were working on the successor to Multisync called OpenSync. OpenSync is a synchronization framework and is capable of synchronizing a large variety of devices and protocols like Evolution 2, IRMC, Palms, SyncML and more.

Then, maybe this should be dropped

Regards

Reproducible: Always

elog also mentions that multisync-gui is the current replacement and says that multisync itself is unmaintained right now. I think the time is ripe for a tree-cleaning :)

Especially since this blocks gnome-2.26, and hence 10.0
