can arch devs please take a look at app-arch/rpm2targz-9.0-r1 so it can go
stable on ppc, sparc and alpha?

this is needed so we can depend on this specific version for rpm.eclass. it
contains a patch to decode some newer rpms that use bzip2 compression. i'd like
to push this change into the rpm.eclass soon because its been hanging around in
my tree for 2 months or so.
