libkdcraw-4.2.4:4.2[-kdeprefix] blocks media-libe/libkdcraw for kde 3.5, even 
though latter one is properly prefixed and installed in /usr/kde/3.5/...

this block prevents kde-3.5.10 installed beside kde-4.2.4 with USE="-kdeprefix"
(since kdeprefix use flag seems discouraged now, according to the warning it 
displays)

Fixed in main tree.
Should work now :]
Sync in one your and your kde3 digikam will be playing around again :]

As spec. Fixed only for 4.2.4, i wont update 4.2.3 ebuilds.
