The default location for NM 0.7 to look for dhclient.conf is /etc/dhclient-<ifname>.conf, which is not where gentoo puts it.  Instead, it should look in /etc/dhcp/dhclient.conf

This fixed the hostname and dns-prepend that's in the einfo.

Add a TARGET_GENTOO to the dhclient manager, similar to DEBIAN and SUSE.
