From vsftpd-2.1.0 Changelog:
- FC10 patch (vsftpd-2.0.6-listen.patch): default listen to YES.

so for xinetd now have to explicitly set:
 listen=NO

else uploads fail.

Don't add listen=YES

listen=YES is now found at the end of the sample vsftpd.conf

I may be victim of this error, not sure, anyway my ftp server stopped working after the upgrade so I reverted to 2.0.7

tehere are problem with listen_ipv6=YES
with this option vsftpd fail to start
