The HOMPAGE in the puppet ebuilds points at a page that don't exist. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start your favorite browser 
2. go to http://reductivelabs.com/projects/puppet/index.html


Actual Results:  
3. You get an 404 error

Expected Results:  
That you had got the page you would have got, if you had gone to 
 http://reductivelabs.com/projects/puppet

Update the ebuilds with the correct homepage url
