4.1.2 is now in portage

i updated 4.1.1b SRC_URI to point to gentoo mirrors along with my personal webserver ...

basically i added so many new things to 4.1.2 i dont want it going into stable until after like a week or so :)

but i have high hopes that this version will blow away all previous ones
