A phonon-xine based application Amarok 2 doesn't want to play an MP3 tagged with polish characters. Patch URL attached.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install e.g. Amarok2
2. Add any mp3 with polish chars in tags (like this one: http://normalsi.pl/uploaded_files/files/003_s_lajza.mp3 -don't worry it's a free-licensed one. )
3. Try to play it with a xine phonon engine on.
Actual Results:  
It just doesn't work.

Expected Results:  
It should play like a normal MP3.

Patch was already submitted into the phonon-xine SVN repository:
