konq-plugins-4.2.0.ebuild

Updated ebuild.
Removed references to kdiff3.
Added fix for konq-plugins incorrectly installing it's docs into ${KDEDIR}/share/doc/HTML/en/ instead of the correct ${KDEDIR}/share/doc/HTML/en/konq-plugins/
