Current soup USE flag description might be improved on net-libs/webkit-gtk and www-client/midori.

A new description for both could be:
Use Soup (<pkg>net-libs/libsoup</pkg>) as HTTP backend instead of curl (<pkg>net-misc/curl</pkg>)

An extra sentence explaining what important feature you get with it (if any) would help, too.
