Description Ivan 2009-01-25 13:57:03 UTC
When I installed amarok 2.0.1.1 I recompiled mysql with -fPIC strictly enabled, then I compile amarok, and it compiled, also it works fine on amd64 platform

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.recompile mysql with -fPIC enabled
2.compile amarok
3.it just works

Actual Results:
it works!

That's not an acceptable fix. This has to be fixed in mysql. Blame upstream amarok developers for doing stuff with mysql that's not supported by upstream mysql yet on all platforms.
