Latest version in portage tree is 0.7.0. But there's already HT 0.7.3
available,
please update (see above URL for source files).

I have updated the ebuild and committed the 0.7.3. Please test.
Also, I noticed that some bin2c utility is getting built as well. What does it do and should it be installed as well?

Hi!
HT depends on ncurses, this should be added to the ebuild.
Do you have any clue why HT is masked for alpha platforms? It should compile
and (to my knowledge) run without problems - at least my tests on the sourceforge
compile farm didnt show any problems.
HT 0.7.3 is more stable than HT 0.7.0, so it should be unmasked asap.
The bin2c utility is only needed during the build process, it doesnt need
to (and shouldnt be) installed.
This bug is blocking the compilation of HT with gcc >= 3.3. (See bug 44635).
Please update to HT 0.7.4.

BTW, this is another update request (0.7.3 -> 0.7.4, not like this bug title says), so it is better to open a new bug..
