Unfortunately, this is a closed-source package, so upstream is stripping the binary. I'm guessing that the only way to avoid the message you are seeing will be to disable the check, but I'm not sure how to do that. Thanks, William RESTRICT=strip RESTRICT="strip" has been added so that portage does not attempt to strip the binaries. Thanks for the report. William |
