I'm reporting this bug since repoman issued a warning about a file bigger than
20KiB.

Big files should be moved to mirrors, or otherwise stored outside the main cvs
tree, since the cvs/rsync tree is downloaded by all users, whether they'll use
your package or not.

i removed the file and the version that needed it.
