Does this satisfy any dependancies in portage? Perl modules are only added to
portage if they fulfill a dependancy. We're not trying to duplicate CPAN - they
do a good enough job :)

dev-perl/dbix-searchbuilder in portage, masked.

Please add version numbers for these modules in the future - otherwise the ebuilds don't have too much value unless they include something spiffy for handling an interactive session. Also, added missing dep to this ebuild for class-returnvalue.
