I would like to ask for the stabilization of ruby-gtk+-0.16.0-r4. This new
revision fixes problems on amd64 (in -r3) and compatibility with gtk+-2.14.x.

ruby-gtk2-0.16.0-r4 stable on ppc as ruby-gtk+-0.16.0-r4 doesn't seem to exist

Sparc stable for dev-ruby/ruby-gtk2-0.16.0-r4.  Also, fix the summary request
because there is no ruby-gtk+ --- it's ruby-gtk2.
