Will attach ebuild once bug is created since there is not a way to 
do this from the page I am looking at.
 New version ebuild for orsa-0.3.0-rc3. I have set the download link
for this version so that it does actually work. AFAIK the prdownload
mirror links for sourceforge are unsupported with portage. 
 If you have a suggestion for setting a default mirror please let me
know. I have considered writihng an app to do this but feel it should
probably be done in the sourceforge.eclass and a variable set some-
where probably /etc/make.conf.

BTW, I added 0.3.1 to portage just a few days ago, testing is welcome ;)
