Please find attached vtwmebuild.tar.gz containing vtwm-5.4.6a.ebuild and a
simple vtwmrc with a more gentoo specific default menu.

"VTWM, one of many TWM descendants and implements a Virtual Desktop. VTWM is
lightweight and fast, feature-rich and versatile, mature, and yes, it can look
nice, too"

I tried the ebuild but it couldn't fetch the source correctly.
SRC_URI should be ftp://ftp.visi.com/users/hawkeyd/X/${P}.tar.gz
in order to get the source.  (the ebuild gets dnldcount.cgi?%2Fftp%2Fusers%2Fhawkeyd%2FX%2Fvtwm-5.4.6a.tar.gz
instead of vtwm-5.4.6a.tar.gz)

And I think it is better to include more document, at least 4.6.*,
BUGS, CHANGELOG, DEVELOPERS, HISTORY, SOUND and WISHLIST may well
be included.

I changed your ebuild slightly according to FHS (/usr/bin instead of
/usr/X11R6/bin,
etc) and committed.  I tested it with alpha, ppc and sparc and it worked fine
:)
