a new version of doxygen is available

* needs 'ifxetex.sty' with USEFLAG doc, which seems not to be nstalled with texlive-2008
* with ebuild from version 1.5.6 some files get installed in the wrong directory
 (image/home/...)

I've attached a preliminary modified (quick & dirty) ebuild

Now in portage; this version builds for me with USE=doc using the texlive deps (as did the last version).  Please file a new bug report if you have any issues.
