I've noticed the following output when installing apache-tools:

configure: WARNING: Unrecognized options: --with-perl, --with-expat

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge app-admin/apache-tools
2. watch the output....

Actual Results:  
I guess it shouldn't use --perl or --expat when configuring?
