alsa-*-1.0.18rc3 is out, and was needed for me to get working sound on "Audio
device: nVidia Corporation Device 0774".
1.0.17 is stable and 1.0.16 is old, so i think it's time for some version bumps
in portage.

Everything I could bump myself, I've already taken care of

New alsa-utils has an added dep on xmlto, since the Makefile uses it to create
the man pages.

only alsa-driver is.  Everything is taken care of.
