yup

------- Comment #2 From Vlastimil Babka (Caster) 2008-09-17 21:57:50 0000 -------
The gcc-4.3 dependency for USE=gcj was relaxed to just gcc. Please test with
both USE=-gcj and USE=gcj (using e.g. latest stable gcc on your arch which also
needs to be built with USE=gcj, as there's built_with_use check).

------- Comment #3 From Petteri Räty 2008-09-27 11:55:54 0000 -------
The ebuild is now patches to work with stable gcc.

------- Comment #4 From Markus Meier 2008-09-28 12:19:55 0000 -------
is there any progress wrt the gcc-4.3 env thingie?

# ecj-3.4
ls: cannot access /etc/env.d/gcc/*4.3.?: No such file or directory

current stable gcc provides:
# ls /etc/env.d/gcc/
config-i686-pc-linux-gnu i686-pc-linux-gnu-4.1.2

Ok, I bumped to -r4 and removed the gcj support which was causing troubles
(still available in overlay).

Please go on with the stabilization request with -r4.
