Please stabilize net-misc/neon-0.28.3.
net-misc/neon-0.28.2 has been in the tree for a long time and
net-misc/neon-0.28.3 contains only a small amount of additional fixes.
Stabilization of net-misc/neon-0.28.3 is required to stabilize
dev-util/subversion-1.5.1.
do not forget to stabilize dev-libs/pakchois-0.4 before (bug #236127)

As it's quite likely that some of the dependencies are not 100% correct, we've
to check first, if all of them work fine with this neon version and then mark
stable accordingly, instead just caring for a selected few packages.

just FYI, I marked amd64/x86 unstable again, until this is resolved.
Also dev-util/kdesvn-0.14.4, bug #236136 has to go stable at the same time.
