Hi,

more recent root versions (>=5.16) come with the nice externally developed
libraries TMVA and RooFit. These get installed by default in gentoo.

Since the the only offical root documentation available is for 5.16, there is
not mention of them, but there are some docs from the package developers
linked.

This patch also installs these pdf docs if USE=doc.

I did not change src_unpack(), where unpack() is complaining about attempts to
unpack pdf's.

I added all patches for bugs #236070, bug #236071, bug #236072, bug #236073 in
the science overlay for more testing.
Will hit the main tree in a while.
