Function elisp-comp has been deprecated, see bug 235442. elisp-compile should
be used instead.
Patch will follow.

Proposed change for pari-2.3.3.ebuild
Patch for 2.3.3, but please apply to all 2.3* ebuilds. The installed files will
be identical (except for a changed comment in the header of the .elc files).
