Hey all. Decibel has been in ~arch for a few months; no open bugs. I'd like to
get it stabilized.

It's in perfect working condition for me on amd64 and x86; perhaps the
ppc/ppc64/sparc teams would like it stable on their arches, too? :)

Huh, apparently the arches didn't get CCed despite being selected. Yay for
bugzie being weird.
