To play encrypted (read commercial) dvds using the mythtv internal player,
media-libs/libdvdcss is required. Since the dvd functionality cannot be
disabled in ./configure can we add libdvdcss to the RDEPEND section of the
ebuilds?
Specifically for the 0.21 ebuilds (not sure about other versions).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.unmerge libdvdcss (or verify not installed)
2.emerge mythtv
3.attempt to play encrypted (read commercial) dvd
Actual Results:
audio / video is garbled since it cannot be decoded.
Expected Results:
dvd playback should function - decode the mpeg2 stream
