ftp://ftp.vim.org/pub/vim/unstable/unix/vim-7.1.tar.bz2 is apparently no longer there.  The mirrors still have it though...

Changed to mirror://gentoo.
I think this is upstream's way of notifying us to move to 7.2 :-]
