nip2 7.14.4 changes:
- histdif was broken for unsigned image types
- fix memleak in compile_lcomp()
- get rid of intltool
- use g_idle_add() instead of GAsyncQueue for render notify
- fix a segv in imageview destroy
- == did not always find the best method
- better time debugging in symbol recalc

vips 7.14.4 changes:
- minor docs fixes
- read and write CMYKA tiff (thanks Doron)
- performance improvements for morphology ops, esp. when zooming out
- oop, im_render() was broken for mask == NULL
- better support for multiple Python installs (thanks Jay)
- im_histcum() works for signed histograms
- better rounding for im_conv(), im_convsep()
