You'll find ktoblzcheck-0.3.0.ebuild attached. 
 
ktoblzcheck is a library to check account numbers and bank codes of German banks. 
This package is needed by lxbank an openhbci - financial tool similar to gnucash. 
 
I suggest app-misc/ktoblzcheck for it.
