[gcc-4.3] kde-misc/kload-0.9.4 fails to compile w/ gcc-4.3

Again missing headers.

Steps to reproduce:
1. echo "=kde-misc/kload-0.9.4" >> /etc/portage/package.keywords
2. USE="" emerge -v1 =kde-misc/kload-0.9.4

The error messages:
1.
> lpanel.cpp: In member function 'void LPanel::prepareForNextColumn()':
> lpanel.cpp:466: error: 'exit' was not declared in this scope

2.
> cpupanel.cpp: In static member function 'static int CPUPanel::getNumCPUs()':
> cpupanel.cpp:176: error: 'exit' was not declared in this scope

3.
> kload.cpp: In constructor 'PanelSet::PanelSet(QWidget*, const char*)':
> kload.cpp:81: error: 'exit' was not declared in this scope

etc.

My emerge --info: as in the bug 226663, comment 2.

folder including updated ebuild, patch and manifest ready for an overlay

------- Comment #5 From Marek Miller 2008-06-15 18:59:42 0000 -------
Billy DeVincentis,
I don't think this is necessary. The ebuild is from
portage tree and probably won't go to any overlay.
Besides, the maintainers rather change the ebuild themselves,
update the Changelog and create manifest again. So I think
you should rather make patches. (I might be wrong, if so,
please forget about my stupid comment and do your job; maybe
I'll just ask a dev on irc).
